Shrimp and Black Bean Tostadas
Ingredients
- 2 oz cooked shrimp (chopped)
- 1/4 cup(s) canned black beans
- 2 Tbsp fat free salsa
- 1/4 cup(s) low fat shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 medium corn tortilla(s)
- 1 Tbsp cilantro
- 1 cup(s) fresh vegetable sticks
- 3 Tbsp store bought guacamole
Instructions
- Divide shrimp, beans, salsa and cheese between tortillas.
- Bake in toaster oven or regular oven until heated through and tortillas are crisp;
- sprinkle with cilantro.
- Enjoy with vegetable sticks and guacamole.
