Creamy Caramelized Onion Dip

  1. In a large nonstick skillet, heat butter over medium-low heat. Reduce heat to low and add onion and salt; cook, stirring frequently, until extremely soft and light golden brown, about 20 to 25 minutes.
  2. Stir in milk and rosemary; stir in yogurt, onion powder and Worcestershire sauce. Spoon dip into a serving bowl and chill for an hour or two for flavors to blend.

Notes

Yields about 3 tablespoons dip per serving.

Use a regular onion, not a Vidalia, unless you like your dips very sweet.
